Funeral Services for Isabel Smith, 96, Ames, longtime Grand Junction resident, will be 10 a.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church in Grand Junction. Interment will be in the Jefferson Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Thursday at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson with the family present to greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials are suggested to the First United Methodist Church in Grand Junction or the Ames Christian School.
Isabel is survived by her sons, Michael (Terri) Smith, Stoughton, Mass., and Mac (Peggy) Smith, Huxley, Iowa, and her sisters, Marian Dommel, Minnetonka, Minn. and Irene Eilbert, Mankato, Minn.
